Mitch has gained over 35 years’ experience working across the food industry including time as a Head Chef at some of the UK’s leading hotels and restaurants, and then with some of the UK’s most successful food manufacturing organisations as Product Innovation Director.


Mitch brings a breadth of experience to TRUEfoods, ensuring that the very best product quality is achieved for our bespoke client base. His background in top quality restaurants and highly creative food companies means he truly understands how to deliver outstanding product development solutions that are manufactured by utilising the same outstanding processes used in a high calibre kitchen. When he established TRUEfoods in 2007, his clear vision was to deliver uncompromisingly fresh stocks that offered consistent clarity and great flavour without any needless enhancers or additives. Working with traditional culinary principles, modern production technology, and the highest food safety standards, this objective has been achieved with great success. Mitch is now leading the business into its next stage of growth, keeping his promise to his customers: the product coming out of TRUEfoods is the very best the industry can offer, not only now, but in the future too.



Jack’s role focuses on developing sales and new commercial opportunities, growing the business with new and existing customers across a variety of channels.


Her background in the food industry started in hotels, but a major part of her career focussed on the recruitment sector where she sourced product development professionals for an international manufacturing, retail and food service client base. Working for the market leader in this sector, Jack became a recognised industry specialist and developed an unrivalled network of chefs and product innovation managers.

Since joining the senior team at TRUEfoods, she has brought this NPD and commercial expertise to the business, identifying new areas for growth and delivering new customer accounts. Her twin passions are for food and people, and so she plays to her personal and professional strengths by working closely with her customer base to develop strong partnerships for success.



Simon’s focus within the business is centred around our clients within the Leisure and Corporate sector.


He brings well-developed customer relationship skills to the role, enjoying the opportunity to work closely with his clients to ensure they truly benefit from all that TRUEfoods can offer. He is a natural at operating at board level with customers or with their NPD or purchasing teams, bringing his enthusiasm and commercial understanding to the table to find the optimum supply solution. Simon has a keen interest in food and has a great palette, so he is able to add value to his clients across a broad platform of topics. Passionate about his clients and the company, he is happy to go above and beyond to ensure his clients’ accounts are a success, providing growth for both parties.
